Shipping Details

All purchase on One Click Shop will be shipped using Star Track service, unless shipping address is an PO BOX or Parcel Locker location, which in that case we will be using Australia Post Service.

Handling time for all purchases are same day shipping unless purchase is made after daily cut off time 2:00PM Melbourne Local Time. 

FREE Shipping for select products using Australia Post Stamp Mail (7–12-day shipping).

Standard Shipping (AU$ 6.90) also available. 

All stock will be dispatched from our local Bulleen Melbourne Victoria Warehouse.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us for detailed instructions. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

• It will be specified that if return item did not follow the return process, we may dispose such returned item at our discretion.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods (such as sports, fashion and beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds

One Click Shop offers a 14-day Refund policy on all purchases subject to terms and conditions. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
