Damaged Goods (In Transit)
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll offer a full refund or a replacement, and we'll cover return shipping if needed.
Change of Mind Returns
You can return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
To return an item, contact us with your order number. You'll be responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll process your refund within 7 business days. Please note, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
