KeepFresh is a green cartridge (we call it a fridgit) that you simply place in your refrigerator vegetable drawer. It will keep your fruit and
vegetables fresh for up to 6 weeks longer and reduce your fresh produce wastage by up to 80%.
KeepFresh works by removing ethylene gas. This is a gas that is produced naturally by fruit and vegetables as they age and ripen. The problem with ethylene gas is that it builds up in your refrigerator and it is responsible for the rapid deterioration of your fruit and vegetables. Removing ethylene gas is vital to keeping your fruit and vegetables fresh for longer.
KeepFresh is completely safe and will not harm you produce in any way. In fact, by protecting your produce against the harmful effects of ethylene gas KeepFresh helps your fruit and vegetables to retain their vitamins and nutrients until you are ready to eat them.
KeepFresh has been tested by independant university researchers and has been found to remove up to 99% of ethylene gas that is produced by fruit and vegetables as they are being stored.
KeepFresh will give you 3 months protection from harmful ethylene gas in your refrigerator. At the end of 3 months simply replace the used KeepFresh sachet inside your green cartridge with a new KeepFresh refill sachet.

RETURNS POLICY
We accept refunds and exchanges for change of mind or incorrect choice or if the item arrives damaged. If the item arrives damaged, we may ask for photo's to be sent to us.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We will replace any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged, providing a claim is made within 24 hours. Confirmation of your claim can be done by email.
Please ensure once you receive your order that you immediately check for any damage and inform us immediately. To return any item for any reason, the customer must arrange for return regular postage by Australia Post. Please obtain tracking details and advise of the the tracking information as soon as your damaged item is sent back to us.

Change of Mind
Our change of mind or incorrect choice policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return for change of mind or incorrect choice, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us for further instructions.
Shipping / Postage
You will be responsible for organising and paying for your own regular shipping/postage costs for returning your item. Shipping/Postage costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping/postage will be deducted from your refund. If the item is damaged in transit and your claim is approved, regular postage/shipping will be refunded.
