Returns Policy

A refund will be issued on all justifiable returns. The office should be notified of returns promptly. Product can be returned to Australian Natural Medicines with courier or post.

All returns need to be packed appropriately to ensure they arrive in a saleable condition.

We will accept returns for:

• Product sent in error

• Product damaged in transit

• Product that is not fit for purpose or use

• Stock sent with insufficient dating (less than 6 months)

• Proof of purchase may be requested

We do not accept returns for:

• Stock that has expired while in your possession.

• Stock damaged during return due to inadequate packaging.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the initial purchase.
