Aminoactive Australia ships nationwide within Australia.

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

An e-mail confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.

If you choose to have your order left and you are not at home, the responsibility is yours, but please contact us immediately to discuss.

Delivery is between Monday and Friday, unless another delivery method has been agreed with us.

TRACKING ORDERS

All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking.  If your order has not arrived please contact our customer service department for assistance via email.

We currently do not offer international shipping.

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected, but depending on location, it is 2-7 days.

IMPORTANT: Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds for items that have been opened, tampered with, or not in their original condition. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible and do not throw the product away as we will require proof that the item has been damaged (for example: images e-mailed to us of the damaged item).

All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.

• Orders under $99 are sent at a standard postage rate of $9.95

Warranty Details

Aminoactive Australia warrant that:

Our products will remain fit for use and of good quality for the life of the Best Before Date, on the condition that:

·         The product has been unopened.

·         If the product has been open, it has been stored properly sealed, in a cool (below 30C), dry environment, out of direct sunlight.

·         The product has been used as directed.

If for any reason the product fails to meet the quality and fit-for-purpose objectives as stated above, please return the product to Aminoactive Australia, so that we may inspect and asses that product for defects. To arrange a warranty claim or product return, please contact us via email.

Returns
Our Refund and Returns Policy is valid for 30 days from the delivery date. If 30 days have expired since your delivery, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, we will advise you by email, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

If for any reason your refund is rejected, we will advise you by email, including the reason for rejection.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund after being advised of a refund approval, please check your bank/credit card account again in 3 - 4 days. It may take some time (up to 2 weeks) before your refund is officially posted.

If you have not received your refund in 14 days, please contact us via email.

Sale items (if applicable)
If approved for refund, sale items will only be refunded at the sale price.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please email us to arrange an exchange.

Returns Shipping
To return your product, please mail the product to: AminoActive Australia

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping times for exchanges will vary depending on your location.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we will not be held responsible for any returns or exchanges that are lost in shipping.
