If a parcel is undeliverable due to an inaccurate address, unsuccessful delivery attempt, or rejection by the receiver, additional fees may apply for re-delivery. In cases of delivery delays or undeliverable postcodes, our team will provide updates and solutions, including replacements or refunds where applicable.
