DESCRIPTION
Featuring twin 12V 60W motors, the tractor is powered up for some serious play. Other striking features include the brilliant headlights and reversing lights, responsive steering wheel, standing exhaust and wide slip-resistant tyres. Operating the tractor is easy too with a one-button start, a direction/speed shifter, lights switch, horn button and a large foot pedal to get the ride going from 3km/h to 8km/h (depending on weight, with a maximum weight capacity of 30kg) smoothly. A full charge can allow up to 2 hours of play easily. The in-ride entertainment panel enables playback of built-in songs, or songs from the USB input or even Bluetooth-enabled devices. The panel also provides volume controls and a battery level indicator to keep tabs ion battery strength. With its EN71 safety rating for toys and a SAA-approved battery charger, the Mazam Ride On Tractor is assured of quality and safety all around. Our warranty cover does not include damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, neglect, and lack of maintenance, use of incorrect voltage, power surges, voltage supply problems, tampering or unauthorised repairs by any persons, use of defective or incompatible accessories, natural disaster, or other external causes; to damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that described in the instructions.

If for any reason you’ve changed your mind about your purchase within 30days, please contact us so they can be returned under change of mind for store credit note. A refund is not available for change of mind. Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us first. If you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and accepted. This change of mind return policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law including any rights you may have in respect of faulty items.

Returned items must be in resalable condition and returned in their original packaging with all accessories. You will need to send the product back on your own cost and there will be an applicable freight fee deducted from the store credit for the return. This also applies to orders canceled when the item has already been dispatched from our warehouse. The item must be in a re-saleable condition to qualify for a change of mind return. Under no circumstances will we issue a credit note before we have received your product back to our premises and checked it as being in the original unopened and undamaged packaging.
