Shipping Information:

• All coffee machines, grinders, coffee, and accessories are sent via insured delivery at a flat rate of $15 Australia‑wide (via Australia Post or courier for bulky items).

• Accessories or coffee purchased with a machine/grinder are usually packed together in one parcel.

• Metro: 1-4 business days

• Regional: 1-6 business days

Most coffee machines and grinders include a 12‑month parts & labour warranty, with Rocket and Eureka models covered for 2 years. An optional extra 12‑month warranty is available at an additional cost. Warranty claims are handled by Coffee‑A‑Roma’s authorised service technicians across Australia.

Exclusions: Cleaning, normal wear and tear (gaskets, portafilter handles, baskets, shower screens), user error, improper maintenance, power surges/failures, or damage from running elements dry. Shipping/travel costs are not covered.

Please Note:

• Postage is paid by the customer

• The product must be returned in the original packaging, accessories included

• We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery
