Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days.
Estimated delivery:

• Metro areas: 1-4 business days

• Regional areas: 3-7 business days

• Remote areas: 5-10 business days

Tracking & Delivery

• A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.

• We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

• Ensure your shipping address is correct, as orders cannot be redirected once dispatched.

• All deliveries are Authority to Leave (ATL) unless otherwise specified.

Our Returns Policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this Policy and our obligations to you. 

Change of Mind Returns

1. Medstock Pty Ltd will allow a return where you have changed your mind, provided that the item in question is:

   • returned within 14 days of receiving the order;

   • as new and is not used, worn, or opened, with all original packaging and tags intact (including any package seals, if applicable, being unbroken);

   • in a resalable condition; and

   • not damaged in any way.

2. We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where the seals are damaged or broken.

3. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping. If the item is not received by Medstock Pty Ltd, you will not be eligible for a return.

4. You may be provided with a refund only when the returned product is received and it complies with the requirements outlined above.

5. If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of having your returned goods sent back to your nominated address.

Incorrect or Faulty Goods

Our quality control teams inspect all deliveries to ensure the products you receive meet our exacting quality standards. However, if you do receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us to arrange a return delivery and a refund or exchange. The return must be received by Medstock Pty Ltd within 30 days.
