We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

Lots of parts to put together but once it’s done, it’s a sturdy bed. Perfect for my teen child. The bed is low to ground, only 16cm or 6ch high, but we have a thick inner spring mattress so also ok for us. Delivery was quick, I expected lower quality for cheap price but am pleasantly surprised. Don’t walk into the corners or kick your toes because they are pointed but would recommend to anyone looking for a sturdy value for money bed. I would add photos but hey, it’s a teen male so the bed is a mess.

Beautiful bed. But your not much higher off the ground than sleeping on the floor.
