Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours following order placement via Australia Domestic Standard Shipping

*The above shipping times are estimates only, unfortunately on the very odd occasion due to circumstances out of our control shipping can take a little longer. Once your order has left our facility we have no control over the speed of delivery, if you order has been shipped and is taking longer than expected please use your tracking information that will have been emailed to you and visit the Australia Post website for shipping guide times.

Change of Mind Returns:

We want you to love your product so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase let us know.

Most products come with a 14 day change of mind policy. If at any time within the first 14 days from purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, and the supplement product as not been opened with the seal intact we are happy for you to return for a refund.

If the product arrives and it is damaged or there is an issue with the product please contact us. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

Please Note:

• Postage is paid by the customer

• The product must be returned in the original packaging, accessories included - seal in place.

• We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery
