The METEOR MULTI-GRIP TRICEP BAR is the ultimate piece of equipment for anyone looking to target and shape their uppers. Mainly used for triceps, but also suitable for biceps, anterior deltoids, chest and much more. The rectangular frame has two parallel grips running across to provide a great positioning for Tricep Extensions, Bench Presses and more. With a general 170mm loadable sleeve area, the user can make precision weight adjustments using any Olympic plates they have without the massive investment on a set of fixed weight dumbbells. The vertical handles are embedded with the METEOR Standard Diamond Knurling, multi-purpose knurling with adequate grip and comfort.
