Microbeads Professional Moist Heat Pack provide a time released moist, heat therapy which is safe and effective.It delivers microwaveable moist heat that penetrates deep into the sore area for treatment, it can be used for 30 minutes without burning the skin.
The Professional Pack is fitted with a thermometer for optimal temperature control and an optional elastic strap.
The extra durable fabric has a special skin temperature monitor. Monitor uses colour coded zones to indicate at a glance when the pack is in a therapeutic temperature range, to ensure accurate and consistent treatment.

For Moist Heat Therapy: Place the moist heat pack into a clean microwave oven. If it is necessary to fold the pack to fit into your microwave, then fold it loosely. Halfway through the heating cycle, remove it and reverse the fold. Continue heating for the remaining time.
Begin by heating for 1 minute (60 seconds). Remove the product from the microwave and touch test. If additional heat is required continue to heat in 15 second intervals until the desired temperature is achieved.
Please note: As microwave ovens vary in power and heat always touch test the product after each heating interval to determine safe and uniform heat levels prior to applying to treatment area. When used for moist heat 3 or 4 times continuously, a decrease in moisture output may occur. Simply let the product rest for 2 to 3 hours.
Caution:To avoid possible injury - the moist heat pack should not be continuously applied for longer than thirty minutes during any two-hour period. Consult a medical professional about your source of pain and appropriate treatments prior to use. Use adult supervision for young children or elderly patients.
For hygiene reason, we do not accept the return for some of the products, such as used special needs cutlery, silicone gel sheets, diabetic socks etc, we will specify this in the product listing.
a) The return item(s) MUST be:
• In their original/ unused and re-saleable condition
• In original packaging inside a shipping carton/ bag
• The item returned within 14 days from the receipt of goods.
• The buyer is responsible for organizing the return and the associated shipping costs.
b) Our warehouse person will inspect the condition of the returned item. If the item is not in resalable condition, the buyer is required to pay $15 shipping & handling fees for us to ship the item back to them.
c) For product return to exchange for size etc., the buyer is required to pay $15 shipping & handling fee for us to resend the correct sizing product to them.
d) For return items approved for a refund, we will refund the amount buyer paid less $15 shipping & handling fee incurred. We won’t be able to refund shipping cost incurred as it is not retrievable
