Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Better than I was expecting. Build quality is great, very neat and clean. Washing quality is good, better than I thought. Some people said it is noisy but I dont think so. It rumbles a bit when it first starts but thats it. Very good for one or two people. I wash my dishes in it every few nights to get them really clean.

I had to move into an apartment that had no dishwasher and this really saved the day. It's a fantastic unit that I'll keep even after I move somewhere else. It's enough for myself and 2 kids, but only just. I had to buy some 25cm dinner plates from Ikea and other than that everything I would normally put in a dishwasher fits. It can be kind of cool puzzling to fit things, and judging the 3.5 jugs of water. After 6 months it started looking grotty, but a clean with finish dishwasher cleaner had it looking and smelling like new again. Highly recommend. :)

Perfect for us! We’re a retired couple who want to wash dishes daily but don’t generate enough washing up to fill a full size dishwasher. We hate leaving dirty dishes sitting for days until the dishwasher is full. This unit is also great for washing all the glassware separately after a larger dinner party. Installation was easy. We chose not to plumb it in so it’s easy to move to a new location if required. Recommending to other similarly placed couples and singles.

This little beauty fits sooo much in! 29 minute wash .. and presto, all clean and dry! And it looks gorgeous! Love love love this dishwasher, I call it the Jetsons lol!

8 month review: Changed my life. Made cleaning the kitchen so much easier. It might not fit every item in my kitchen but you learn a way to tetris a surprising amount in (make sure there's some space between each item). I recommend this product.

So far so good! It fits more than I thought. Washes wonderfully, even dried on food. I am very happy with it.

I thought this dishwasher was quite expensive as you can buy a full sized one for around the same price, but seriously it has been fantastic. I have relocated for work, working shifts, staying in a caravan and this little machine has been wonderful.
