Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of your purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.
We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include heavy, large and bulky items (e.g. furniture), consumables (e.g. cosmetics) and intimates (including underwear, swimwear and socks). We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards.
Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Great little dishwasher works well. But could only give 4 stars for usefulness as great if only doing plates ect. However if I have a pot or pan cannot fit much else in as most times need to fold down rack which then doesn't allow plates to be stacked in.

I've had it for just over a week now and it works great, it is unfortunately a little to small for standard Australian dinner plates but if you lean them they fit. As long as you rinse everything before putting it the dishwasher, your things well come out so clean, I love how clean the glasses come out. And everything is dried as well.

I bought this dishwasher for my daughter as she has a very small kitchen in a duplex. This dishwasher is fantastic! It is great for her small kitchen and is also perfect for my daughter and granddaughter. I like how it has a window in the door so you can watch the dishes get clean. It is also easy to install, I only had to attach the drainage hose. I really like how you can fill it up with the jug instead of connecting it straight to the tap, although it will be connected to the tap when we get the tap diverter. It cleans really well and is really easy to use.
