Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of your purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.
We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include heavy, large and bulky items (e.g. furniture), consumables (e.g. cosmetics) and intimates (including underwear, swimwear and socks). We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards.
Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

I bought this beautiful looking dishwasher a couple weeks ago and it’s money well spent, fantastic price and free shipping ! This dishwasher is so compact for my little bench space, it washes things beautifully, shiny and so clean. The best thing I’ve ever bought and has made my life a lot easier !

I love my little dishwasher. I live Alone and it's perfect...no dishes hanging around my sink. No room for a floor mounted dishwasher this little beauty is perfect. I only use the rapid wash cycle and it's done in 29 minutes and only uses 5 litres of water.

Great to use, if you live by yourself. For me I only use the mini dishwasher, once a week and can place one week full of dishes inside but not as much as the bigger ones but a good size for me.

Best choice we've made! It's been working fine since day one. It came with a couple of dish washing tablets and a rinse aid to start you off. It's taken a lot of pressure of hand washing dishes off me. We are a family of four, so the capacity is just about right. The only down side is that it doesn't handle big dinner plates. But it's great at what it's doing. I just regret not getting it earlier.

This dishwasher works great 4 a person who live in unit and doesn't want a dishwasher that needs to be plumbed in which is beneficial such as this this washer and this dishwasher works like a Toploader washing machine because you put the hose that connects to the back of the dishwasher same as what you would have with a top loader washing machine and water speaks out of hose into sink just like a top loader washing machine this dishwasher does the same thing so you could say it's design is similar to a front loader washing machine just bring design over to the dishwasher which is great idea for one person living in unit

Fit for purpose. Compact and does a good job on basic dishes and cutlery. I use the hour long cycle...that's just right. Easy to use. Fits perfectly on my kitchen corner bench. Really happy with this purchase.
