Change of Mind

Customers are eligible for a full refund for items that they wish to return within 30 days of purchase. The item must be accompanied by proof of purchase. This could be an email confirmation of your order or an store receipt.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the postage cost for the items being returned for all other returns. Postage for the returned item will need to be tracked and require a signature on arrival. 

We do not accept returns for any items that have been opened or for International deliveries.

Damaged/Faulty

Any faulty or damaged stock will be replaced at no charge if you contact us immediately upon receipt of defective products. No postage charges will be applied.
