great product at a great price

Not the greatest quality but it’s sturdy enough. Gas struts only close if mattress is on, which makes it a bit difficult. Came damaged but parts were replaced which were damaged but was then replaced again. Communication was great but it was annoying that I couldn’t call & speak to someone, all was done via email.

Worst buy ever. Bought Milan Queen Size PU Leather Gas Lift Bed Frame 3 months back and already makes squeaky noises as 3 years old. The product absolutely fails to meet the product description, and is a huge disappointment for me that i choose it. I am not sure if i would reccomend buying this bed to anyone or check with the website before buying it, as they wont care about the delivery after you pay for the product.( i was constantly calling them for the delivery status of my bed but not much help on their part). Overall a very bad experience.

I Purchased, Milan Queen Size PU Leather Gas Lift Bed about 3 months ago. First of all let me make you guys clear that the disappointment of the product you receive versus you see on website is real. The bed is already making squeaky noises. The promises made on the description of the product is absolutely not authentic. I am not upset that i chose the wrong website for the product, i am more worried about all the hassels of getting a new bed. I hired an expert to assemble the bed so all the screws should be good. I feel like I wasted 320 dollars. I bought a similar bed and the one I bought is now not on the website. I suggest you guys to not fall under the trap of this free delivery and cheap price scheme. Its better to pay a higher price than buy a new bed every three months or reconsider the brand when buying.
