Delivery varies by location, orders can take up to 1- 5 working days to be delivered. However, we do begin processing your order as soon as it is received and in many cases, orders are sent out the next day.

We are confident that your pooches will love our treats, but because our treats are perishable items, we generally don’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, unless there is a clear issue with the product.. In this case, you can contact us immediately.

We adhere to the strictest regulations regarding the quality of our products. Care is taken to ensure that the treats are sealed in airtight containers or in our packaging to prevent them from spoiling.

We are not liable for damage that occurred through wrong handling. Our non-perishable items can be exchanged or returned if unused and in the same condition as you received them.
