Returns Policy
We understand that sometimes you may want to return an item. If you change your mind you, may return items within 30 days for a full refund. No questions asked.
Return shipping will need to be covered by you as the buyer. However if you paid with PayPal, you can arrange to have them refund your return shipping costs. For more information on this click here .
You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive your refund more quickly. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account , view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
If when you receive your item it is defective, then we will pay the return shipping and replace the product.
