Change of mind

If your item doesn’t fit your space, or wasn’t quite right, that’s okay too. We accept Change of Mind returns if:

• The item is in its original packaging and unused
• You have proof of purchase

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable for Change of Mind returns and exchanges. If you choose to return your item online, Zoobibi reserves the right to charge for exchange postage.

Faulty or damaged items

We accept faulty or damaged items with proof of purchase.

Your item is considered faulty or damaged if:

• The product has a significant defect
