If a wine is to be returned YourWines will arrange to collect the wine from you at a mutually convenient time. You must keep the wine in a safe place and take reasonable care of it. Wine should be returned in its original packaging or packed to avoid breakage during transport back to YourWines. Australia Post will then contact you to arrange collection and will usually collect the wine within four days.

Good. But i haven't received my latest box of wine. It's been a month since you sent it out by the donkey and cart courier. It's not for me to chase it up you sent it out so you should make it so that the customer reviews it. I'm not buying anything more than from you until I get it
