The petty 110 knife is a utility knife that consists of a 110mm long blade designed to be a mix of a chef and pairing knife.  As a mixture of two types of knives the petty is able to fill the roll of both knives most of the time reducing the time needed to swap between knives when cooking.

The rounded handle of the laminated wood has been shaped to a fit most users hands for a comfortably snug grip when using the knife.
