Factory adjustable adaptor replacement sleeves for Mizuno drivers, fairway's & Hybrids. Other than replacing a defective Adaptor, the Adaptor Sleeves can also be used to create multiple shaft options for Mizuno Drivers, Fairway's and Hybrids for less than the cost of res-hafting your current club.
