• All products sold by Ausway have a "dead on arrival" (DOA) warranty. This means that if the product is damaged during delivery and a claim is made , Ausway will replace or repair the product at their discretion and their cost. If Ausway has no further stock of the item and it cannot be repaired, Ausway will replace it with a similar product or offer you a full refund.
