2. Rinse After Use: After wearing, rinse your items in cold water until the water runs

3. Machine Wash: Place the garments in a delicates bag and machine wash on a cold cycle using mild detergent. Avoid fabric softeners and bleach, as they can degrade the fabric's performance.

4. Drying: Air dry your Modibodi products by hanging them up. Do not tumble dry, as high heat can damage the fabric and reduce absorbency.

Sizing Information

Modibodi offers a diverse range of sizes to accommodate various body types:

• Women's Sizes: Available in sizes AU 4 to 26.

• Teen Sizes: Designed to fit youth sizes 8–16, corresponding to AU sizes 4-10

Change of Mind (COM) Returns

• Accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached

Faulty, Damaged or Defective Items

• No time limits apply to report faults - we assess each case individually.

• We will provide a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the issue.

• Customers will not pay return shipping for faulty or damaged items.

• To report an issue, message us with your order number, a description of the fault, and clear photos.
