Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab PLUS Enzyme Cleaner uses enzymes to more completely clean records than any other fluid available. After using PLUS, you'll hear a drastically lower noise floor, increased dynamic range, richer tonal balance, and undistorted peaks. PLUS reveals more of the information that's been hiding in the grooves. How? Most sound-degrading contaminants found on records are organic in nature. Oils and sweat from hands, skin, hair, as well as other minuscule particles of dust, are attracted by electrostatic charges on the vinyl and can become deeply embedded in the vinyl. The best way to remove these nasties is with an enzyme specifically designed for this purpose.

How Does It Work?

By coating the playing surface with PLUS Enzyme Cleaner and allowing it to sit on the record surface for 3-5 minutes, the enzymes will break the particles down and loosen them from the grooves. Highly purified, high surface tension water is used as the base for PLUS. This water will bead up, removing contaminants and holding them in the beads rather than allowing them to settle back into the grooves.

The Final Rinse Step. Combine with PURE for an Even More Comprehensive Clean

To get the most out of PLUS, we recommend using Mobile Fidelity PURE Record Rinse as a final rinse stage. PURE is ultra-pure water that has gone through four stages of deionization, after which it is triple-distilled and then treated with high-intensity ultraviolet light to kill all bacteria and microbiological particles. This intense and thorough process leaves nothing in PURE to harm your vinyl.

Incorrect Item Sent

In the unlikely event you have received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately of receipt and we will organise delivery of the correct item. We will despatch the correct item to you immediately upon notification of the error. We will then organise the return of the incorrect item to us at no cost to you.

Incorrect Item Ordered

We offer an exchange or refund if you have purchased an incorrect item.

If you've ordered an incorrect item, we will happily exchange it for the correct item or offer a refund for the cost of the item ordered.

Please contact us to organise your exchange within 30 days of receiving the item, and return it to us within 30 days.

Any postage costs incurred from the return of the goods for exchange are the responsibility of the customer.

Any difference in price for an exchanged item will need to be paid in full by the customer upon request of the exchange.

We will ship your replacement item as soon as we receive your returned goods.

Unwanted Items/Change of mind

For unwanted items we offer either an exchange or a refund if you change your mind.

If you decide that you do not want the item that you have purchased, then you may return it to us subject to a few conditions:

Please contact us to request the return within 30 days of receiving the item, and return the item to us within 30 days.

Any postage costs incurred from the return of the unwanted item(s) are the responsibility of the customer.

All unwanted items should be returned unused in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

We will not be able to process an exchange or refund until the returned item has been received and processed by our Returns Department.

We do not charge a restocking or handling fee.

Please note: if any item is not returned in original condition, or is returned with any part of the packaging missing, we will not be able to offer an exchange or refund. This includes items that have had shipping labels attached directly to the product packaging.

Warranty

We are either the manufacturer or authorised reseller of all the products listed under our Selby brand name and you can be assured every item is genuine and brand new unless specifically described otherwise. Every product we sell includes at least a 12 month warranty (eg: electrical products) and many of our products include a lifetime warranty. In the rare case that you do experience any problems you can deal directly with us to get any issues resolved.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
