Why this suction cup won't stay or be attached to the dash?
1. Please use the Anti-shake Stabilizer on the irregular surface of the dashboard.
2. Before placing the product on the dashboard, you need to turn the button on, then press the suction cup where you want it to be, and finally buckle the button.
3. Rinsing and air drying the suction cup and pad after using for a long time can restore their stickiness.
Why does this wireless car charger charge slow or not charging?
1. Make sure that your phone supports the wireless charging function. Otherwise, wireless charging cannot be realized.
2. Please remove the thick, uneven or rugged case, metal ring holder, metal attachments and credit cards for optimal charging. Be sure your phone case is NOT thicker than 5mm.
3. Before using the phone wireless charger, please use the provided USB cable to connect the phone mount to QC3.0/QC2.0 charging port to connect the power. Other adapter or USB Port doesn't support fast charging and can not supply enough power to this car phone holder mount charger, QC3.0 charger is recommended for high charging efficiency
