Shipping Details

Delivery time varies.  As we have no direct control over couriers and real-world variables, we can only offer services on a best efforts basis and make no guarantees regarding the timing of delivery.  That said, we are very well reviewed for delivery time.  Most of our customers report being happy with delivery times.

No Returns

We do not offer returns for buyer change of mind or buyer error.

Where exceptions are granted, a re-stocking fee of up to 50% may apply.

Warranty Provisions

In order to lodge a warranty claim with us, please contact us with a detailed description of the fault and the serial number of the product, where applicable.  The inclusion of photos/videos will lend credibility to your warranty claim.
