Shipping Details

We use Australia post. And all orders come with a tracking number. An email will be sent to you with the latest tracking information. Delivery is around 3 - 5 working days metro. 6-8 days regional and country

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund.

To be eligible for a return, and for health and sanitary reasons, your item/s must be in the same condition that you received it.
UNOPENED IN IT'S ORIGINAL, INDIVIDUAL AND FACTORY SEALED PACKAGING.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  Please note, that returns will need to be sent to our warehouse and paid for by you, the customer. Shipping costs are non refundable

Faults and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, we will exchange the items returned.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refunded transaction.
