The Morgan Punch Bag Spring is manufactured using high quality, stress-resistant and treated steel. Using the highest quality materials allows for the spring to become a high load-bearing attachment to your swivel and chain layout.
The advantage of using a spring system on a punch bag swivel is it creates a slight bounce to the bag making training more realistic, much like training with a real sparring partner. The hooks are great and work well not only for punch bags but also for floor-to-ceiling balls. It can also be used as an attachment for your boxing ring.

We have a small warehouse in Sydney, but some larger heavier products are shipped directly from our suppliers across Australia, to save time and transportation costs. Rest assured, all products for sale on our website are shipped from within Australia. We do not ship from outside of Australia.

Please allow 14 business days for us to receive and process your return. We will notify you by email when we have exchanged your return items or processed your refund. It may take an additional 4-5 business days for the refund to be credited against your original payment method. Processing times for exchanges or refunds may take longer during sale periods.

Returning an item
To return an item to Fitness Hero by post or refund or exchange, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
To protect your return from damage during delivery, please use strong external packaging. For all returns that relate to a change of mind, postage must be paid for by the returnee and will not be refunded. In the case of an exchange, delivery charges for the replacement item will be at Fitness Hero's expense. We also recommend you obtain proof of postage to track your return. We take no responsibility for returns lost in the delivery process. You will need to contact your delivery provider to locate your parcel.
