We do not charge any restocking fee however shipping charges paid on your order are Non-Refundable.
If you are returning an item for refund where you have received free shipping, you may be charged for the shipping charges which we paid to deliver your order.

If you would like to return a faulty item for refund where we are able to offer a free replacement, this return will be treated as return for change of mind. We happily exchange an item however the free shipping (where offered) only applies to first time shipment on original order. In you would like to exchange for a different size or colour and we are out of stock you’re your desired item, we will try our best to arrange it which may take some time. I purchased an extra large, was to big for me and was damaged on receipt, I needed a jacket asap so ordered another in a large, it was a perfect fit and very good quality. Highly recommend this purchase !!!
