Mr & Mrs Tin products are all limited edition at 2000 pieces per model, worldwide. The limited edition is guaranteed by the certificate that is included in the box. Each product comes in a gift bag, with an envelope including the key and a special thank you note. The serial number certificate is included in the product box.
Mr & Mrs Tin was created by PlanToys sales director and vintage toy enthusiast Alain De Rauw. His goal is to make vintage tin toys relevant again and recreate the love for these beautiful mechanical toys that they had in the 50s and 60s. To show people how they are made, to create something unique, and tell a story that teaches children about passion and handcraft skills. Mr & Mrs Tin products are made for people who appreciate handmade toys, especially the ones made with love and passion. People who would like to own and collect them and happy to pass them on to their children and even grandchildren. All Mr & Mrs. Tin toys are robustly tested against worldwide major toy regulations and safe for all children over three including grown ups too!

You may return unused and unaltered items within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund or exchange.
The product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
If the item has been used, altered, or is missing original packaging, it may not be eligible for a return or refund.

Return postage costs for change of mind returns are at the customer’s expense.
Sale items are not eligible for refund unless they are faulty or not as described.

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the issue.

Please contact us immediately if your product is defective or damaged. We may request photographs or other proof of the issue.
We will assess the product and provide a solution
If the product has a manufacturing fault, we will cover return postage costs.
