The froe shingle splitter is part of Mullers classic-S series.  Designed for splitting wood along the grain the froe can be used to shape wood for the production of shingles or planks.  The blade is hand forged at Mullers factory by skilled craftsman to be both strong and durable enough to withstand multiple heavy blows during use and to retain a sharpened edge for a long time.

The handle is made from a varnished piece of ash wood that has been shaped to fit comfortably in your hand during use.
