Protein Water Blend 83.3% [Hydrolysed Bovine Collagen, Whey Protein Isolate (Whey Protein 90% (Milk), Emulsifier (Soy Lecithin, Sunflower Lecithin))], Flavour, Food Acids (Citric Acid, Malic Acid), IBCAA 2:1:1 (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine), Electrolyte Blend 1.8% [Potassium Citrate, Magnesium Citrate, Sodium Chloride, Calcium Citrate], Sweeteners (Sucralose, Acesulfame Potassium), Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Colours (Tartrazine, Sunset Yellow FCF, Allura Red).
Shake: Add 1 scoop in a shaker with 350 - 450 mL of cold water and shake well.
Slushie: Add 1 scoop in a blender with 200 mL of water and top with lots of ice. Blend until it forms a slushie.
Smoothie: Add 1 scoop into a blender with water and your favourite fresh or frozen fruit. Blend until smooth.

Depending on the courier service, you may not require a signature upon delivery. Please provide an address where someone will be available during business hours to receive and sign for the parcel, otherwise collection from your local post office will be necessary. Australia Post and our other partners can deliver to any location in Australia, including P.O. Boxes.
Parcels will be dispatched after 2 business days, and delivered to you within 5 to 7 business working days. Please accommodate for delays as this may happen through Australia Post and our other courier partners.

We want you to love your product so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase let us know.
Most products come with a 30 day change of mind policy. If at any time within the first 30 days from purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via your Account for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.
