MANUFACTURER'S DESCRIPTION

Totoro nesting (or matryoshka) dolls make the perfect gift to a Totoro fan. Our item here is a modern take on the traditional Russian craft that features several characters from the film. The largest in the set of dolls is a dark gray Totoro, followed by a light gray Totoro, then a Blue Totoro, followed by the white Totoro, followed by an acorn, and finally the chain is stopped with a tiny dust bunny. Use them to decorate your room. Line them up or fill them with small items like jewelry, keys, or even snacks! Although nesting dolls are considered to a national symbol of Russia, the doll's Russian makers were actually inspired by earlier Japanese wooden nesting dolls that featured the Seven Lucky Gods, seven different Japanese deities who are believed to bring about good fortune. Warranty Claims & Returns
Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us to raise a warranty claim.

If a product is faulty or damaged, please contact us and our product support team will help you troubleshoot the issue to hopefully save you the hassle of having to return the product. If they're unsuccessful, we will provide a return authorisation & details to have the product repaired, replaced, or refunded depending on the issue.

We test faulty goods to verify reported faults and will attempt to repair your product before replacing or refunding it. However, if the product is found to be working on arrival, you will be charged a re-delivery fee to have it sent back.

We suggest that you check the Manufacturer's/Publisher's website for support and/or patches & updates, to try and resolve your problem before submitting a warranty claim.

All faulty items that are claimed within 30 days of being received will be provided a free return shipping label.

We offer full refunds (minus original shipping costs) on unopened goods when returned within 30 days of being received.

Any returns found to have been opened, used, or damaged will not be eligible for a full refund or exchange and will be assessed by our team to determine eligibility for a partial refund. If the outcome of this assessment is not agreed upon by the customer within 30 days of being received by us, the product will be considered abandoned, and we will dispose of it.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
