All products from ABM come with a 6-month warranty
Returns Policy
As per our policy, change of minds returns are usually not accepted but are only accepted at our discretion. In the instance where the customer is keen on returning the item for a refund, the item should be in original packaging and in re-saleable condition.
The customer will need to return the item at their cost and supply a return tracking number. For RTS products, if customers opt for us to resend the item, a re-shipping fee will be applied. Otherwise, a re-stocking fee will be deducted. ABM will deduct a 20% re-stocking fee from My Deal’s Cost for returns to sender items and change of mind returns. If customers request that we organise a return and provide with either a reply-paid label or arrange a carrier.
A standard surcharge from My Deal for returns which is excluding GST will be deducted. Please review our return rates for change of mind returns.
Small Items (5KG and Under) – $12 per item
Medium ( Luggage and Umbrellas) – $23 per item
Large (Mattress) – $45 per item
Large (Outdoor Furniture) – Standard $75 but Subjected to number of Boxes/Quantity

Change of Mind is only accepted within 7 days of receiving the order, only items are in original packaging, unopened and unused.

Loved this vacuum cleaner. Have been using for 6 months. It is working so good. I wanted to get one more for another house, but it is sold out. Hopefully they will have new stock coming soon.

Haven't used the mop function yet. But the vacuum is wonderful, lightweight and easy to use. Charge time is great.

Love this product! I now have 2. I bought the 2nd one recently the wet and dry vacuum I have not used that one as yet. I can highly recommend this product. Value for money and good suction and light as a feather for this senior to handle.

I paid around $900 for a Dyson v8 absolute, which lasted 18 months before the battery needed replacing and another 18 months for the 2agond battery and both clraning heads. Each part cost around $150. I got rid of it and bought a MyGenie 2in1 for $99. A Dyson only runs up to 7 minutes on Max when the battery is new, so you could only run it on normal. My Genie beats Dyson hands down. I love its simplicity and it works so well. I really feel for the poor suckers like me who paid lots of money on a Dyson brand which replacement parts cost more every year than a new Genie.

I bought MyGenieH20, a couple of weeks ago and am thrilled with my purchase. It arrived promptly and I was kept up to date with its delivery every step of the way. The assembly instructions were easy to follow. It takes the hassle out of cleaning, once my floors are dust free, I simply add the mop attachment and in no time at all, the cleaning is finished.
