Returns Policy
As per our policy, change of minds returns are usually not accepted but are only accepted at our discretion. In the instance where the customer is keen on returning the item for a refund, the item should be in original packaging and in re-saleable condition.
The customer will need to return the item at their cost and supply a return tracking number. For RTS products, if customers opt for us to resend the item, a re-shipping fee will be applied. Otherwise, a re-stocking fee will be deducted. ABM will deduct a 20% re-stocking fee from the Cost for returns to sender items and change of mind returns. If customers request that we organise a return and provide with either a reply-paid label or arrange a carrier.
A standard surcharge for returns which is excluding GST will be deducted. Please review our return rates for change of mind returns.
Small Items (5KG and Under) – $12 per item
Medium ( Luggage and Umbrellas) – $23 per item
Large (Mattress) – $45 per item
Large (Outdoor Furniture) – Standard $75 but Subjected to number of Boxes/Quantity
Change of Mind is only accepted within 7 days of receiving the order, only items are in original packaging, unopened and unused.
Bought this stick vacuum in January 2024, however in August 2024 approximately 8 months later it stopped working. Filled in a complaint form immediately on MyDeal's site but have not heard back and it's now almost 3 weeks. If MyDeal does not contact me I will be contacting Consumer Affairs very soon.

Only thing I hated is the company that delivered the order ! They didn’t even bother to knock just leaves a note 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 even when I’m home with the door open

I absolutely love this vacuum. I bought it to keep in the caravan as there isn't a lot if storage space but tried it in the house first & was amazed at how much dirt it got up despite only having vacuumed the day before using my more expensive vacuum. It's very lightweight & can get into all the difficult areas. The battery lasts long enough to do an average size house. I'm tempted to get a 2nd one so I'm not having to lug the bigger corded vacuum around.

Good while it lasted I purchased in September last year only used between weekly house cleans in the last month I noticed it not picking up so I cleaned as per instructions still not working just out of warranty and going in the bin
