No delivery to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers.
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery re-delivery fees may apply.

If for some reason your order is received faulty or is incorrect please notify us as soon as possible so that we can rectify the issue immediately and reimburse you accordingly.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, not consumed and in its original packaging.

We want you to love your product so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase let us know.
If at any time within the first 30 days from purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via your MyDeal Account for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.
