Shipping Details

On Vacation until 22 August 2025. Please expect delay processing during this period. We will process all orders from 22 August 2025.

All orders will be shipped within 2-3 working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Victoria. We prioritize fast processing to ensure you receive your products as soon as possible. Once your order is processed, a tracking code will be provided for you to monitor the delivery status.

Estimated Delivery Time Frame: 3-7 business days

If you haven’t received your products within 1 to 1.5 weeks after receiving the tracking code, please contact us immediately.

Change of Mind Returns:

We strive to provide our customers with peace of mind when shopping with us. To ensure food safety—especially as our products cater to highly sensitive consumer groups including babies and seniors—we do not accept returns due to a change of mind. We appreciate your support in ensuring safe consumption for our families.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us so we can investigate the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.

Failed delivery attempt:

We recommend avoiding PO boxes or delivery methods where no one is available to receive the order. If the courier determines that the delivery attempts have failed and the products are returned to us, a return fee may apply.
