Each shot (50 mL) contains hydrolyzed (Marine) Collagen 10,000mg (10 g), Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 25 mg, dl-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (Vitamin E) 16 mg, Biotin 10 micrograms, and Zinc Gluconate 8.5mg, equivalent to 1.02 mg of zinc.

Directions
Adults, take 50 mL (1 bottle) daily. May be taken undiluted or diluted in water or juice. Shake well before use.
