Warranty Information:

Our products are accompanied by guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund only in the case of a major failure (e.g., electrical failure in the battery, motor, or charger), as well as compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Additionally, you have the right to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not constitute a major failure.

Our warranty exclusively covers parts; any incurred labour costs associated with replacing or repairing parts are not included under the warranty.

Change of Mind Policy:

Bicycles purchased through online orders may only be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date. Returns will only be accepted if the bicycle is in new and unused condition.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for covering the postage costs associated with returning the bicycle.
