We dispatch all orders either same business day (if the order is received by 1pm AEST) or next business day (if the order is received after 1pm AEST). Delivery time frames are set by Australia Post standards but in most circumstances, our customers receive their orders within 1 – 5 business days.

Returns/Change of Mind policy

Our Sömna Medica™ Pillows carry a 120 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 120 Day money back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please contact us within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems. This refund policy does not apply to goods that have been damaged or soiled after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product. You may elect to receive a refund or a Swap-Over. All delivery and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. You may be charged a $20 admin/sanitization fee If you wish to avail yourself of the 120 day Satisfaction Guarantee on a pillow purchase. The refund provided will be your purchase price excluding the initial delivery costs less postage paid. If you purchased the item free of delivery then an amount equal to what the delivery costs were will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend that you return the product via Registered Post and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of loss, theft or damage to goods during transit. We therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Sömna Medica will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Warranty Policy

All Sömna Medica Pillows & Mattress Rejuvenators come with a 5 Year Guarantee.

The warranty applies to any defects in the product resulting from the manufacturing process. This excludes normal wear and tear. These warranties are over and above the warranty prescribed by the prevailing consumer law. Please refer to product details or contact us for further details if you need further clarification.
