All items will be sent using a tracked Australia Post service.

Urbann accepts returns within 14 days of receiving the item. The item must be sent back in its original condition with all tags and packaging attached. All items sold at Urbann Australia also come with a 90 day manufacture warranty. Any items that a customer believes is faulty will be sent back to the supplier for assessment. Once it has been deemed faulty by the supplier, then a refund will be issued.
