The PolarPro GoPro Hero3 Neutral Density Filter Glass-Slim blocks 3 stops of light (equivalent to a 8x ND Filter) to trick the GoPro into using a slower shutter speed.

Ideal for use during quadcopter filming, the ND filter simply snaps onto the front of your GoPro housing to minimise distorted footage commonly referred to as the ‘jello effect’.

The ND filter is the most cost effective way to smooth out this unwanted phenomenon which is caused by a combination of fast shutter speeds, the HERO3’s rolling shutter technology and vibration transferred from the spinning propellers to the GoPro mount.

Also suitable for use in fast action applications, the Neutral Density filter can add a smooth motion blur to the road, track or trail, giving your footage and photos a more cinematic feeling and a heightened sensation of speed, neutral density filter - Slows down shutter speed
