Delivery varies by location, please expect delivery from 2-6 business days.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery re-delivery fees may apply.

Refund Policy 

All return claims must be lodged within as soon as possible.

In the event of a return by you, we will exchange or refund. However, you will pay the delivery costs of the return to UAS and re-delivery to you. We will not refund initial delivery fees.

Accepting change of mind returns

We allow a customer to return goods for change of mind where the goods are:

Returned as soon as possible of the customer’s order being received;

As new and are not used, worn, or opened and have all original packaging and tags in-tact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);

In a resalable condition;

Not damaged in any way.

The customer bears the risk of return and is responsible for the costs of return postage.

The goods will only be refunded once the goods are confirmed as received, and you must notify us of this once they are received and verified to meet the return requirements above. The initial shipping fee charged to the customer to send the goods will not be refunded or credited.

Where a customer returns goods as a change of mind return, and the goods do not meet the criteria set out in this clause, the goods must be sent back to the customer at the customer’s cost. 

Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed upon our receipt of goods.

Goods Damaged or Faulty on Delivery

You may return damaged or faulty goods as soon as possible. If a product is later deemed to be faulty, normal warranty conditions for that product apply. It is the recipient's responsibility to incur all costs and to follow warranty instructions as stated on the product warranty card as specified by the manufacturer. In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will refund the original product price, delivery, wrapping and other fees via the original method of payment. Alternatively, if you request a replacement, we will despatch your replacement item (subject to availability) once we receive the return, at our cost.

Please note that all products that are found to be non-defective will incur the delivery costs of returning the item to UAS Pharmaceuticals Pty Ltd
