The Nimbus 14 has rearfoot and forefoot GEL cushioning.The GEL-Nimbus 14 features a Biomorphic Fit to minimize the potential for irritation, and uses a stretch material strategically placed on the upper for great comfort and fit. The Nimbus 14 also has ASICS High Abrasion Rubber (AHAR) placed in critical areas of the outsole for supreme durability.ASICS DuraSponge - a blown AHAR rubber compound - which enhances cushioning and durability in the forefoot.  ASICS have packed so much technology into the Gel-Nimbus 14, making it a must have for any serious neutral runner.
