Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of your purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.
We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include heavy, large and bulky items (e.g. furniture), consumables (e.g. cosmetics) and intimates (including underwear, swimwear and socks). We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards.
Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Absolutely love it. It's so easy to use. First meal I made was a pot roast and gravy. It tasted fantastic. The dinner was cooked in an hour as opposed to 3 hours. The kitchen wasn't hot because I didn't have an oven heating up the place. It's so easy to clean. I'm very happy with my purchase. Mydeal also shipped very quickly and it was delivered right to my door. Fantastic service, excellent price, thank you! I can't wait to use all the other functions.

I love this Ninja Foodie Max 14 in 1 Multi Cooker with Smart Cook System. I've cooked the Rosemary Chicken with Potatoes and it was so succulent and delicous! I shared the dinner with my family who thoroughly enjoyed it and now my Mum wants me to buy her one too! I highly recommend this as its my new go to for cooking for all my needs and more.

I have 2 of these Ninja 14 in 1 and they are fantastic. Barely use anything else to cook everything from Bread to Casseroles to Roasts etc. There is nothing I cannot cook in this machine.

Best kitchen appliance that saves space. Pressure cooker and air fryer in one saves so much space. The new steam and crisp function makes food much less dry! Saves so much time. Great value if I had to purchase a steamer, air fryer and pressure cooker. Lid doesn't have to be attached seperately.now. So convenient. Works better than instant pot thanks to the multi functionality.

Went from a Philips XL air fryer to this and we are very happy. Can cook, quick, easy 1 pot meals for a family of 4 in minutes! Although it is big and hard to store, it does replace a lot of appliances by being all in one. Takes a bit of reading up and referring to the book to understand all the functions, but will get used to it in time. Good quality and easy to clean.

Value for money when purchased on sale, not as convinced when on full price. Cooks a HUGE variety of foods in different ways and all to perfection. My first meal was crispy Jamaican jerk chicken. Crispy skin, cooked through and moist inside. Can’t wait to explore the possibilities
