The sophisticated UCN1 contains a smart charging management system, which monitors battery types, capacities, and initial internal resistance, then automatically applies the most appropriate charging current based on this data.
The UCN1 is made from polycarbonate and ABS plastics that are corrosion-resistant and fire-retardant. Additionally, the error message "EE" will appear on the LCD to notify you in the event that a short-circuited battery is detected. A cell's health bar will appear on the LCD display, which also shows capacity, voltage, and percentage of charge completed. When a battery's health has declined to the lower limit, the bar will start flashing to alert you that it should be replaced.

If you do not receive your package within this time frame, please notify us as soon as possible so we can help follow it up with AusPost.
All digiDirect parcels require a signature upon delivery. An "Authority to Leave" will not be accepted under any circumstances. However, If you are not in attendance at the time of delivery, the driver will leave an "Attempted Delivery" card and your parcel will be returned to your local post office for collection. Government recognised photo I.D. displaying your address must be presented along with your "Attempted Delivery" card upon pick up.

According to the Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. Please keep this is mind and purchase with care, as we can not guarantee to accept your change of mind return request.

When submitting a return after speaking to one of our customer support team members, please make sure to include ALL original packaging, contents etc.
Depending on the situation and if the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase - e.g. your receipt or email order confirmation.
