If you are unavailable at the time of delivery re-delivery fees may apply.
In almost all cases products can be repaired with a new part, to replace a broken part.
Warranty does not include an entire new product when a part is broken. The part will be replaced but not the entire scooter, trike etc.
PROCESS FOR WARRANTY
•Include proof of purchase / picture of the broken part / image of the overall product / image of the date code under the product.
We will then assist according to the assessment of the issue
